Formally known as “The Core Source Center”, Jyoti Family Wellness Center is located in the vibrant Concordia district of NE Portland, OR. The word “jyoti” means “light” and we chose it as the name for our wellness center because we believe that we all have a spark inside of us that shines most brightly when we are living in optimal health.
Our center is comprised of a variety of individual practitioners, each with their own unique approach to healing and wellness. You can choose to work with them individually, or they can serve you as a team to help you achieve your most vibrant and radiant state of wellness.
